About AAR

Team

AAR’s core team is made up of people who love nature and community — people who believe sport brings together groups with different backgrounds, ages and beliefs around one common goal. Being part of AAR teaches some of the most important human values: dedication, perseverance, teamwork, and how to handle both success and failure. Perhaps sport’s greatest merit is that it teaches us about life itself.
